Privacy policy

What we collect
We collect only what you send us. If you book a call, that is the name, email, and any notes you enter in the scheduling form. If you text us, that is your phone number and the content of your messages. If you engage us, that is the lease documents and portfolio information you provide.
Analytics
This site uses Plausible Analytics to count page views and which buttons are pressed. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personal data or track visitors across sites. We see aggregate traffic, not individuals.
Scheduling
The booking section on our homepage embeds Calendly. When it loads, Calendly receives your IP address and sets its own cookies, and anything you submit in that form is processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy. If you would rather not use it, text or email us and we will schedule manually.
Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. Google receives your IP address when that request is made. We use it only to serve the fonts and we have no other relationship with Google on this site.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you visited this site. Lease and portfolio information you give us is used to advise you and is shared only with the local brokers and counterparties a transaction requires.
Retention and your choices
We keep transaction records as long as Texas brokerage recordkeeping rules require, and we keep enquiry correspondence until it is no longer commercially relevant. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete anything not subject to a retention obligation. Text or email us and we will handle it.
02 — Terms
Terms of use

No advice, no agency
Everything on this site is general information about our practice. It is not real estate, legal, tax, or financial advice, and reading it does not make us your broker. A brokerage relationship exists only under a written agreement signed by both of us.
Figures and examples
The lease dashboard shown on the homepage uses illustrative sample data, not client data. Any figures, timelines, or outcomes described on this site are examples. Nothing here is a guarantee of a rent, a term, a saving, or a result.
Third-party content
We link to and embed services we do not control, including Calendly and our video host. We are not responsible for their content or their availability.
Our material
The text, layout, and software on this site belong to us. Read it, share the link, quote us with attribution. Do not republish it as your own or use our name and marks to imply a relationship that does not exist.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
03 — Accessibility
Accessibility statement
Last updated 30 July 2026
We want this site usable by everyone, and we build to WCAG 2.1 Level AA as our target.
What we have done
The site is operable by keyboard throughout, including the navigation, the mobile menu, the FAQ, and the lease dashboard demo. Text and interface colours are tested against AA contrast ratios. Images carry alternative text, the dashboard exposes its state to screen readers, and animation is suppressed for anyone whose system requests reduced motion. Nothing on the page autoplays.
Known limitations
Two parts of this site come from third parties and we do not control their markup: the Calendly scheduling embed and the video player. If either blocks you, contact us and we will do that task with you directly.
Tell us
If any part of this site is difficult to use, text or email us and say what happened. We treat it as a defect, not a request.
04 — Texas disclosures
Brokerage disclosures
WhereNext is a corporate tenant representation practice operating under eXp Realty, LLC. It is not a separate licensed brokerage entity and offers no brokerage services independent of eXp Realty. Brokered by eXp Realty, LLC, Texas Real Estate Broker License #603392. Texas Real Estate Sales Agent Kevin Hanan, License #723772-SA.
Texas law requires a licensed broker or sales agent to give every prospective client the Information About Brokerage Services notice, completed with the firm's own licence and contact details, and to link it from the homepage. TREC also requires the Consumer Protection Notice to be linked.
Broker firm: eXp Realty, LLC, Texas licence 603392.
Designated broker: Rick Tankersley, licence 581016.
Broker contact: TX.BROKER@EXPREALTY.COM, (888) 519-7431.
eXp Realty publishes a completed IABS notice for use on agent and team sites, which is what this page and the footer of every page link to. A blank TREC form does not satisfy the rule: an IABS without the licence holder's contact details filled in is a violation.
